Long-Term Care Pharmacies

Residents of a long-term care facility, such as a nursing home, may access their prescription drugs covered under CommuniCare Advantage or Community y Más through the facility's long-term care pharmacy or another network pharmacy. If you are a resident of a long-term care facility, we must make sure you can get the drugs you need at the facility’s pharmacy. All network long-term care pharmacies provide services throughout San Diego County.
